Exhibitor Rules and Regulations


Show Badges for all suppliers and Reps will be available at the Registration Area beginning Thursday morning at The BIG Show as you enter the Show floor. Admission to the show is by official show registration badge only. Badges must be worn at all times, including move-in and move-out. Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring badges are provided only to the company’s personnel. Exhibitor badges may not be ordered for or transferred to buyers or non-employees.


Exhibit personnel must wear appropriate apparel at all times. This requirement prohibits, among other items, bathing suits, thongs, lingerie, excessively short skirts, painted bodies and transparent apparel. Show Management reserves the right to make determinations on appropriate apparel and entertainment activities conducted by exhibitors. Exhibitors who are uncertain with regard to compliance with the appropriate apparel and Entertainment regulations are encouraged to consult with Show Management in advance of the Show.

Booth rules, looks and options:

Each booth must be manned by at least one factory person. No deals, specials, displays, POP, etc. can be featured in your booth without prior Keystone approval. The only approved deals/specials that will be offered are those that are in the Deals booklet and booth Deal signs (provided by Keystone). You will be asked to remove any un-authorized specials from your booth.

We expect that your booth will feature a professional appearance in both graphic display and product offering. Included in your booth package is a carpeted booth with 8’ curtain backdrop, side rails, (1) 6’ draped table, (2) folding chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) exhibitor’s I.D. sign. Electric and additional tables are available for an additional fee; refer to exhibitors kit for more details/pricing.

Booth music and entertainment:

Music or noise emitting from the exhibit space cannot exceed 85 decibels. Exhibitors receiving requests from Show Management to reduce the music volume or noise level must conform immediately to the request or be subject to having the power to the sound system disconnected. If after receiving a warning they again are in violation, the power to the sound system will be disconnected for the remainder of the show.

All music and entertainment must be in good taste and not include any lyrics that are inflammatory, sexually explicit, sexist, gangster rap or that promote activities of any type that defame or denigrate women, law enforcement or other established authorities. Dancing and modeling shall not include any lewd or sexually suggestive poses or actions. Show Management shall be the final authority on the acceptability of music played by exhibitors and the activities of booth models and entertainers. Violators are subject to immediate closure of the booth, removal of booth personnel and/or closure of the exhibit for the duration of the Show.

Display Vehicles:

If you have a 20’ x 20’ booth and would like to feature a display vehicle at either show please email kaoevents@key-stone.com by 2/1/19.

Display vehicles must have battery cables disconnected and sealed with tape, fuel tanks with no more than 1/4 tank of gas, filler caps locked and/or sealed with tape and alarm systems deactivated. Display vehicles will be permitted to occupy no more than 80% of the contracted exhibit space and must conform to line-of-sight display regulations. Tractor trailers/rigs are not permitted unless approved in writing by Show Management.

Display Vehicle Move-In Date & Time: Friday as per your appointment received per show management prior the event. Not respecting your appointment with a 30 minutes window, would result of having your vehicle placed elsewhere than planned per show management.

Lotteries & Contests - Drive traffic to your booth

The operation of games of chance or lottery devices or the actual or simulated pursuit of any recreational pastime is permitted only upon prior written approval of Show Management. Submit your request in writing before 12/1/18 to receive consideration for approval.

Show Promotions & Celebrity Appearances


If you plan on offering any prizes or rewards (for Keystone customers visiting and/or writing an order in your booth) or plan on having any celebrities appear at your booth during this Show, you MUST e-mail your Category Manager by
to obtain Show Management approval.

At Show Selling Process:

The BIG Show will feature “at show ordering”. Customers will be required to place their orders during show hours. Booth personnel should come prepared to assist customers in writing orders for their products. All orders must use valid and accurate part numbers for products that are available for immediate sale. Only Keystone approved deals/promotions (i.e at-booth signage, deal cards, promotional/marketing materials) should be on display at the Booth. You will be asked to remove any un-authorized specials from your booth.
