About The Prestolite Performance Group
The Prestolite Performance Group consists of the five legendary brands in the performance automotive aftermarket industry – Mr. Gasket, Mallory, ACCEL, Lakewood, and Hays. They conceptualize, develop, manufacture, and market their products in their facilities, where actual enthusiasts are involved in the process first-hand. Their product portfolio spans from ignition products to gaskets, suspension, clutches, and everything in between.
In 2010, these five brands came together to launch the Modern Muscle X program with one mission: To develop countless products that cross these key brands to give the three most loved modern muscle cars – the Dodge Challenger, the Ford Mustang, and the Chevrolet Camaro –enhanced performance, more power, and more control.
