KEYSTONE AUTOMOTIVE OPERATIONS, Exeter, PA. Gary Comer, Founder of Lands’ End, once said, “Worry about being better; bigger will take care of itself.” That was exactly the perspective the Keystone team took when they decided last year to host one big North American event in 2018 - do a thing they really do well and do it better. Keystone’s focus on improving the BIG show and delivering a quality, value-rich experience for their customers and suppliers will prove Mr. Comer’s prophetic words true.

“The 2018 BIG Show will combine the best of our East and West Shows in one location making this the largest exhibit we have ever had – hosting more suppliers under one roof than ever before,” said Bill Rogers, Business Leader for Keystone. “That means we will have a broader representation of products from all the aftermarket segments for our attendees to see. It will be the perfect place for any aftermarket retailer or jobber, regardless of their focus, to see trends and new products that they can offer their customers. Our focus on better really has resulted in something a lot bigger,” adds Rogers.

The BIG show will be a truly North American event. Customers from all over the US and Canada will be in attendance. This intersection of geography and market interests will make for a really dynamic buying and educational environment for all attendees. “By leveraging all of our resources together for one event we plan to show our customers how we can support them in growing their business in the changing retail environment we all operate in. The bigger show experience will allow people to see more, do more and learn more,” commented Fred Petrivelli, Keystone Sales Leader.

New products and exceptional buying opportunities from hundreds of suppliers will continue to be a mainstay at the event. In order to give attendees more time to take advantage of all the activities, the BIG show will be open up for active buying during the reception on Friday night. That means more Power Hours, more deals and more time to connect with suppliers and peers during the largest distributor aftermarket event in North America.

No BIG Show is complete without a little fun and entertainment. “The Keystone Events team has been working around the clock to ensure that guests to the BIG show have an exceptional experience. On the floor activities and prize drawings, vehicle giveaways, concerts and more will keep everyone in attendance hopping,” says Melissa Holland, Keystone Events Manager. “We deliver a complete show experience and have struck the perfect balance between business and fun with our offering in 2018,” she adds.

For more information, attendees and suppliers should visit or contact their Keystone representative.

Virtual BIG Show Postponed

March 25th, 2020

Last Friday, we communicated our intent to transition The BIG Show to an online event to be hosted on, from Tuesday through Friday, March 31 – April 3.  Since then, more than twenty states have implemented “shelter in place” orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic with seemingly more to come.

This is a fluid situation and as you can imagine, we have given these latest developments much thought as well as solicited feedback from our Customers and Suppliers. Based on these discussions, we have concluded that it is in the best interest of all involved parties that we postpone the online BIG Show. As we continue to monitor the developments in this situation over the next few weeks, we will decide on the best course of action to present an online version of The BIG Show.

Our team is hard at work developing unique content and sections of eKeystone dedicated to the event.  This decision allows us more time to collaborate with our suppliers on content and video presentations that will enable us to deliver a first-rate Customer experience.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and support as we alter our approach based on the environment in these challenging times.  Please look for further communication over the next week or so that will include details and updates on our BIG Show Online efforts.

2020 BIG Show Cancelled due to COVID-19 Concerns

Due to escalating concerns about the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and in following the guidance of numerous organizations and government officials, the decision has been made to cancel The BIG Show scheduled to be held in Grapevine, Texas March 27 -28, 2020.

Our priority as an organization is the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, and employees so it has been determined that taking this step will reduce the opportunity for exposure to the virus.

We understand that there are questions and concerns regarding participation and attendance at The BIG Show. We are in the process of developing answers to address many of these issues along with additional updates that will be available via email and The BIG Show homepage.

Given that another date was not available, we are planning on moving the show to a virtual environment. While the details are still in development look for a further communication on our plans for the Virtual BIG Show.

We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
